Uhuru rejects ICJ ruling on the Kenya-Somali maritime border dispute

The Head of State, in an official statement, said that Kenya is not part the decision.y to "At the outset, Kenya wishes to indicate that it rejects in totality and does not recognize the findings in the decision," Uhuru said in a statement. On Tuesday, the court awarded Somalia a large portion of the disputed territory rich in oil and natural gas in its verdict. Uhuru accused the court of prejudice for not allowing Kenya to exhaust all regional dispute resolution channels first. Instead, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) took charge of the case, bypassing all existing mechanisms for resolving border disputes. The edict, according to the president, is targeted at married state officers who have concubines. According to a statement delivered by Gervais Ndirakobuca, Minister of Internal Security, any married statesmen who have illegal relationships outside of their marriage risk being expelled. The directive, presented in French, also stated that all government officials working in the public sector across Burundi are not allowed to have girlfriends. The man identified as Titus Wamalwa was stabbed in the chest using a kitchen knife following a night-long battle. Kasarani Police Officer Commits Suicide in his House

The officer who was identified as Elias Kirimo served as a senior sergeant until his untimely death. According to eyewitness accounts, the cop committed the horrendous act in his Kasarani home. His body was discovered by his two children, whose attempts to resuscitate him bore no fruit. "He reported that his father, a resident of Pazuri Apartments near Naivas Kasarani that his father, who is a Sergent and attached to DCI Parklands, had committed suicide in his bedroom at the said apartments," the report read in part. Lately, there have been speculations circulating on social media sites claiming Charles Njonjo died at the age of 101. In an official statement issued to newsrooms, the family termed the reports untrue and exaggerated, adding that he was in good health and enjoying his weekend with his family. "Reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated. I am well and enjoying my weekend at home as we celebrate Utamaduni Day." the statement read in part. The jury said that the R&B artist took advantage of his status to exploit unsuspecting women and young girls. Family Held Hostage by a Gang for 9 hours

With over 3.5 billion registered users on Facebook, the outage resulted in a complete shutdown of the platform's functions. Bomet man attempts suicide after allegedly killing his wife over loan dispute

The suspect, identified as Nickson Sang, hails from Kipresres in Bomet County. According to reports from the local administrative unit, Sang committed the heinous deed by cutting the throat of his 25-year-old wife and dumping her near their home. Robert Kataam, the area chief, said that Sang's move to dump the body was an attempt to cover up for his crime. Neighbors who discovered the dead rushed over to his house, intending to beat him severely.  Sang, on the other hand, was found writhing in anguish on the floor after ingesting a toxic chemical. Despite displaying obvious indications of depression, the cop, who identified himself as Kiprop Rop, resented the fact that no one was concerned about his precarious situation.
